Executive Director

SMART seeks a visionary leader who is entrepreneurial in spirit, deeply passionate about SMART’s role in the community, and will combine those characteristics to shape an organization that is poised for growth and increased impact. In partnership with and guidance from the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, motivating, and managing of an educational non-profit committed to serving the low-income youth in its program and their families.
